The assignment was to redesign the social areas of a multi-family housing building, giving each space a unique, elegant and welcoming character that could accommodate all the needs that the architectural program required for the future residents.
In the Lobby, a sculptural counter was designed that together with the textures of the wall coverings and lighting resulted in an aesthetic and contemporary space.
The amenity platform included the following activities, a pool terrace that integrates with the horizon of the Caribbean Sea surrounded by BBQ areas as well as wet areas and a gym. It also has numerous spaces for entertainment for all ages from infants to teenagers, and finally a large and comfortable coworking space.
